On the afternoon of August 27, 2008, Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co., LTD (short for CCC Group) signed a contract with Okura Hotels & Resorts to reach a kind of cooperative relationship. According to the contract, CCC Group will send the first 15 primary managers to Japan for practice in the near future.
At present, there are three subordinate hotels under the management of CCC Group including Best Western Premier Ocean Hotel, Yindu Hotel and Shangcheng Hotel, and two of them are four-star hotels. CCC Group plans to have 5 hotels in the next three or five years. Therefore, the CCC Group is eager to develop exchange and cooperation with overseas counterparts, in order to improve the level of the hotel management. Okura Hotels & Resorts is a most well-known hotel group in Japan, especially famous for its service and management. After a series of investigation and discussion, they finally signed the contract for cooperation.
