Private Business Prosperity Index Born in Yiwu

  Yesterday morning, Yiwu private business prosperity index which was organized by Yiwu Industrial and Commercial Bureau and Peking University officially released, that is the initiate of our country. The index based on the second quarter of 2010, the lastest Yiwu private business prosperity index(three quarters) has good condition, close at 108.76 points.

    Mr Zhang professor who is the Chapter vice president of Peking University Institute Economics introduced, Yiwu private business climate index is divided into four categories: business operation, business development, business confidence, the market environment indicators, mainly to study three types enterprises of Yiwu: industry, business, e-commerce, and also developed a survy about cost, production, sales, confidence and so on conditions of printing, jewelry, handicrafts, clothing, socks, seamless underwear, zippers, toys, cosmetics and so on tenth pillar industries, deeply analysed the beneficial development of Yiwu private business, the challenges during the development process and how to promote it’s steady development, detailed reflected Yiwu private business development trends and change degree in Yiwu areas.

    According to the index indication of the third quarter, Yiwu private enterprises generally in good condition, compared with the basic index of the second quarter, business indicators, business confidence, the three indicators of the market environment are in good shape among four catagories, but at the same time, enterprises’ development indicator is not enough, showing enterprises’ potential development still needs to pay attention.

    “The purpose for us to draw up and issue the private business prosperity index is to dynamically reflect the development trend of private business from macro level, to provide judge evidence for government to grasp the economical development trend of private business.” The chief of Yiwu Industrial and Commercial Bureau Qiu zhengfa showed, the publication of this index will benefit enterprises achieved a steady operation, enhanced anti-risk ability, it has great significance in improving the core competitiveness of Yiwu economic and expanding the international indluence.
