Yesterday morning, Yiwu first declared "national demonstration project,” —Yiwu trad city, Hetang Yuese project have successfully passed the full assessment by expert group which include construction departmentt and relevant departments, and enroled as “energy-saving environmentally friendly national demonstration project”.
It is reported that national demonstration project was made up of the Ministry of Housing and Urban implementation of modernization in the housing industry with integrated technology, integrated systems, integrated product, a comprehensive integrated management system integrated demonstration area. It could said as modernization of housing industry benchmark, to meet international standards of civilized living.
This project is located in Heyetang industrial area, trade city estate company in charge of it’s development and construction, with a total area of 205 acres, building size of 60 Articles, with a total investment of nearly 4.5 billion. In order to achieve the national demonstration project standards, trad city estate company invite domestic famous design units and residential design to plan and build, use amount of modern construction technology, new building materials and equipment and other new technologies, Yiwu is the first large-scale science and technology, energy saving, environmental protection community .
The project's technical feasibility studies and architectural design plans are received the assessment by the leader Liang xiaoqing and his group of the Ministry of Housing Industrialization Promotion Center, the residential property class of A-level.
Yiwu Construction Bureau chief Lv linyong said in the evaluation meeting, in the process of rapid urbanization, transformation and upgrading of Yiwu is facing real challenges. The end of National demonstration project, must increase the housing industry in Yiwu, the improvement of urban living environment and promote a positive role model, the housing industry is expected to step to a new level of Yiwu.
