The Overall Planning of Zhejiang Yiwu International Trade Comprehensive Pilot Reform points out that Yiwu will have pilot reform in 9 aspects: to discover a new way of trading, optimize the structure of export commodities, strengthen the construction of Yiwu market, explore the new pattern of modern logistics, push forward the transformation and upgrading of industries, develop international market, speed up the pace of 'go global', promote the integrated development of international and domestic trade, and deal with international trade friction and barriers. It means that Yiwu owns the right to try a new mode of international trade.
Supporting facilities are expected to develop further It is learned that the overall planning also supports Yiwu in building itself into an important logistics node city in the Yangtse Delta. At present, there are more than 1,300 logistics member enterprises and over 1,000 shipping agencies and foreign trade agencies in Yiwu with a total of over 30,000 freight trucks.
Yiwu endeavors to make the construction of logistics node city included in the 'twelfth five-year plan' by the Ministry of Transport, and build itself into
a passenger transport hub at the national level. Besides, the construction work of domestic logistics center and export supervision center will start this year. Liu Chenghai, a dealer who has been doing the business of scarves in Yiwu International Trade Mart for 10 years, told the reporter that all the wholesalers in the market hope that some regulations will be made to effectively control trading risks. The hope may come true in the near future.
