Since its opening in last October,increasing types of overseas commodities have been pouring into the Imports Hall of the International Trade Mart (ITM). Besides,the business entities have also increased from 17 to 21,who have brought together
some 10 thousand kinds of commodities from 30 countries and regions,including Brazilian crystals, Japanese pottery,Indonesian handicrafts,Italian garments,Korean children supplies,etc . The relevant person in charge with the third branch company of
ITM said that presently,23 more overseas marketing enterprises are applying for the establishment of resident offices,whose products include French red wine and cosmetics as well as American daily necessities and health products . By the end of this year,the Imports Hall will have completed the plan of attracting invest ment for its whole area of 20 thousand square meters, thus turning the Imports Hall of ITM into a transit trade platform and further enhancing Yiwu Market as a one “purchasing global goods and selling to the world”.
