Six mustn'ts were issued recently to inspection & quarantine applying agencies by Yiwu Entry-exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau which are listed as follows:
Agencies mustn't collude with declarers to avoid inspection and quaran tine.
Agencies mustn't have false report in order to obtain documents;
Agencies mustn't collude with declarers to fix documents without permission from related department;
Agencies mustn't apply for inspection and quarantine at YWEIQB without knowing clearly the goods to be exported;
Agencies nustn't increase the rate without permission of YWEIQB;
Agencies mustn't apply for inspection and quarantine at other places but collect the goods and declare at Yiwu customs.
Besides, the bureau increases the rate of checking, In addition to 40% checking by sortition, interception inspection is possible for those containeres with suspicious documents. At the same time, inorder to ensure the conformity of commodities and documents, each container must bear a sticker of inspection & quarantine number, otherwise,it will be regarded as unqualified container. All the goods are requested to be ready and qualified with comprehensive check by the seller and collector before inspection and quarantine. Related missionary will draw samples of subtle commodities related to sanitary safety to be analyzed in lab. Examining and approving procedure of fixing documents will be standardized as well.Document-fixation must be applied by the related inspection department and be examined by comprehensive department before the final approval by related officer.
