Yiwu the sixth of China 2010 the best county-level cities

Sep 17, the list of the second China mainland county-level cities came out in Changshu, Jiangsu, Kunshan, Changshu and Zhang Jiagang were the top three, and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong made most good county-level cities.
The selected cities has increased from 17 last year to 25 in 2010 China mainland best county-level cities list. The top ten cities are Kunshan, Changshu, Zhang Jiagang, Jiangyin, Wujiang, Yiwu, Taicang, Yuyao, Yixing and Cixi.
The 25 selected mainland cities are mainly in East areas, Jiangshu province has 8 cities, Zhejiang and Shandong have 7 cities each, and Fujian has 2 cities and Guangdong has 1 city.
It is reported that the list was based on talents, city size, consumption ability, transportation, passenger transport, operating cost, economic vitality and innovation; all the selected cities were judged in investment value and future development potential.
County-level cities are the most active economic developing places which bring lot of innovate and excellent enterprises. The Chinese editor in chief of Forbes Zhou Jiangong said although talents quality, city size and transportation and traffic are not as good as big cities, together with the urbanization, the county-level cities shows powerful economic vitality and consumption ability which can not be ignored.
