This biggest floor area is 5715 square meter,with accommodation value of 39545 yuan per square meter and premium rate is 345 %.This refresh the record of national accommodation value.The record is kept by Wenzhou teachers college with accommodation value of 37 thousands yuan per square meter.
After the news is reported, public opinion is seething with indignation.Under the tighter trend of real estate regulation and control, "new primesite" appears in Yiwu. Many net friends shell about this. Many net media also reprint this report.
But in this two days, things change dramatically.All the reports of net media above disappear. One principal of Modern house property told journalist that the accommodation value of 39545 yuan per square meter is a wrong data.
He said, according to the announcement on Yiwu land and resources bureau website, the block area of Huang Yangmei village multiple-use building is 3931.373 square meter.Transfer area is 1500 square meter and plot ratio is 3.81. According to the arithmetic of net media above, the total transferring price (0.226 billion) divides the product of area and plot ratio. Indeed, according to this arithmetic, the data is 39545 yuan square meter.
But the real arithmetic is the total transferring cost dividing product of block area and plot ratio." According to the correct arithmetic, the accommodation value is 15 thousand yuan per square meter. It is far lower than false rumour data."
Is it true about what the principal said? Yesterday, journalist called the related persons of Yiwu land and resources bureau.He said, the arithmetic of Modern house property is correct. According to some insiders, the transferring area of 1500 square meter on the land announcement may be a data which is not verified. And it can not be published on announcement.
