On the symposium in the afternoon,the secretary of municipal Party committee Huang Zhiping represents municipal Party committee and municipal government to report the related situation of Yiwu's reform and development to leaders of Provincial Development and Reform Commission. After the start of Yiwu pilot reform, centering on goal and demand of pilot reform overall plan, Yiwu draws up "The three Years' Implementation Plan of Yiwu International Trade Comprehensive Pilot Reform(2011-2013)" on the basis of deepening in survey ,consultation with wide range ,repeated modification and perfection. It puts forward the general requirement of 3 years' pilot reform, main goal and task, reports and communicate with superiors.At the same time, Yiwu works out Work Breakdown Structure of work arrangement and key work task in 2011.According to the requirements of every reform having "Route Chart","Time -table", and "Duty Officer", it defines the schedule requirement,responsible leader and unit of every reform projects to guarantee every task has someone to manage.
