The key projects compeleted and used before Yiwu Fair in 2006 include the avenue to new Yiwu railway freight station,Lingyun flyover on Jichang Road and avenue to new Yiwu railway station . Projects completed and used in 2008 include the International Trade Mart (phase III,section I),new Non-staple Food Market, new furniture market and trial of main bridge of Shangbo Bridge. For 2009,the International Exposition Center was completed and put into use as the exhibition hall of Yiwu Fair .
Yiwu Fair has become an important festival for Yiwu . Restaurants ,hotels and travel agents are greatly influenced by the fair . The annual Yiwu Fair more and more involves in and influences the social and economic development of Yiwu.
