Yiwu market has become an important bridgehead for sino-Africa trade. It is said that some 50,000 business people come to Yiwu from Africa every year, and there are about 1,000 Africans living permanently in this city. Yiwu's main exports to Africa are textiles and toys, which are delivered to 17 countries including Algeria and Ghana.
