Exhibition Scale: Trade volume of the 2006 Fair reached RMB 9.45 billion yuan, an increase of 16.7% over the previous year, among which export slood at USD 780 million, accounting for 66% of the total. More than 2,200 enterprises from over 20 countries and regions as well as 25 provinces (municipalities and autonnolnous regions) in China participated in the 2006 Fair, among which 85% are manufacturing enterprises. Professional traders reached 103,205, including 16,056 overseas traders from 161 countries and regions, an increase of 12.5% over the previous year. Among the foreign traders, more than 40% came from Europe and the United States. The Yiwu Fair Official Website (www.yiwufair.com) had 393,758 clicks during the 5 days of the Fair, approximately 80,000 clicks per clay.
