The policy indicates that the education of the children of overseas Chinese is included in Yiwu education development plan and should be carried out in accordance with the principle of "warmly welcome, equally treated, individualized and favored". The policy clearly defines the ways to receive education for the children of the overseas Chinese who were born in Yiwu and outside Yiwu.
