Over 600 overseas Chinese businessmen from 60 countries are gathering today in Yiwu to take part in the first Yiwu World Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention.Yiwu will estabish the first “Exhibition and Trade Center of Yiwu Commodities City” in Dubai .
In recent years Yiwu has been a place of gathering for worldwide overseas Chinese businessmen. Over 10,000 overeas Chinese businessmen purchase in Yiwu nd among them about 1,000 live permanently in Yiwu . In order to strengthen the ommunication and cooperation with overseas Chinese businessmen and build up green hannel for the export and import with the
help of overseas Chinese businessmen, Yiwu government hosts this convention together with Zhejiang Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, Zhejiang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese .
A series of activities will be held such as forum, speeches by experts, market visiting and show. And several hundred overseas Chinese businessmen will be nvited to attend the following Yiwu Fair .
