It is learned that the gross investment for the international cultural center in Yiwu reaches 10 billion yuan. The construction project mainly includes：Yiwu Fair exhibition hall,broadcast and TV center,library & archives,science & technology hall,museum,cultural and artistic center,grand theater,five-star hotel,concert hall,fine goods exhibition center,and business residential districts.
Covering a total area of 1,997 mu,the international cultural center is located on the north of Meihu exhibition center which consists of commercial and cultural district,Binhu leisure and entertainment district,cultural fair district and integrated service district. The total investment for the library & archives reaches 180 million yuan,which covers a floor area of 40,000 square meters and whose main part was completed on November last year. Now it is under indoor and outdoor decoration and equipment installment and will be put into use in the middle of next year. The gross investment for the natatorium is 145 million yuan,which covers a floor area of 25,000,accommodates 2000 seats and can hold individual and integrated events at both the international and domestic level. 90% of the work has been finished and it can be put into use at the beginning of next year.
